Since the previous photo was taken, Donatella Versace has had many plastic surgeries, and some say she’s gone too far with them. Some unkind commenters have nicknamed her a “human waxwork.” According to some top plastic surgeons who have studied photos of her new look, she appears to have undergone a botched facelift along with heavy lip injections.

Versace’s blonde eyebrows certainly aren’t helping the overall effect. She’s never seemed to embrace the natural look, however, so perhaps she’s happy with the outcome. In the past, she’s admitted to using Botox but generally credits “tonnes of cream” for the appearance of her skin and hair.
