Matt Lauer dressed up as Pamela Anderson, which he said took 30 minutes to accomplish with hair, makeup, and prosthetics. Of the look, Lauer told Ellen DeGeneres, “It was supposed to be a tribute to Pamela Anderson. I look more like Dee Snider with fake boobs! It’s not a great look.” When Pamela Anderson saw pictures of Lauer dressed in her likeness, she told Today, “Matt, he’s sexy in a red swimsuit! I’ve seen that… You know you’ve made it when you’re a Halloween costume.”
