Jeffrey Tambor Was Fired From Transparent After Sexual Harassment

In February 2018, Amazon Studios fired Jeffrey Tambor from Transparent following an investigation into sexual harassment claims made against him. According to the claims, Tambor’s assistant, a transgendered woman named Van Barnes, was propositioned and groped by the actor.

Although Tambor denied the accusation, another transgender woman accused him of similar behavior. Tambor will have zero involvement in the show moving forward.
