Naya Rivera played Santana Lopez on Glee for five seasons. Before season six began filming she was fired, but the circumstances around her sudden dismissal have never been revealed. Rumors persist that she was let go after her relationship with the show’s producers crumbled.

Rivera’s behavior hasn’t kept her career down. Since leaving Glee she has starred in Devious Maids and been a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race. In 2018, she starred in the television adaption of Step Up as Collette Jones.
