Grey’s Anatomy has been on ABC for so long it’s no surprise to see it on this list so many times. Isaiah Washington was fired after verbally abusing several castmates. His first victim was T.R. Knight. Washington used a homophobic slur on set. Knight came out shortly after and Washington apologized.

The second incident occurred while Washinton was arguing with Patrick Dempsey on set. He was forced to apologize for the second time and undergo counseling. Try as he might, ABC didn’t believe he was sincere and fired him from the show a few months later.
