Billie Joe Armstrong met his wife, Adrienne when she came to see Green Day perform early in the band’s career.

They married got on July 2, 1994, and the day after their wedding, Adrienne discovered that she was pregnant. The couple’s first son, Joseph, was born in 1995. They had a second son, Jakob, in 1998.
