In June of 1991 three people were killed at Kings Island amusement park in Ohio, in two separate incidents. A 32-year-old woman was killed when she was thrown from the Flight Commander ride, which had arms with passenger cars at the end of each. But the tragedy didn’t end there. Earlier that day, two men were killed when they were electrocuted in a pond while trying to save a man who had fallen in.
