Amusement Park Accidents That Will Give You Nightmares

Three Girls Fall From Ferris Wheel

Within the same month as the previous slide and the Dreamworld accidents, three more children were injured in an amusement park accident involving a Ferris wheel. Three young girls, ages 6, 10, and 16 were riding the Ferris wheel at the Greene County Fair in Greeneville, Tennessee when their basket flipped due to a mechanical error. Two were airlifted out while the third was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. Two of the girls seemed to be doing okay, while the third sadly suffered a head injury and was placed in intensive care with a breathing tube. Although an investigation was performed, no answers were given as to what specifically caused the accident.
