Three Year Old Survives Fall from Roller Coaster

Possibly the youngest child injured in a theme park accident is a three-year-old boy who was injured when he fell from a roller coaster in Pennsylvania in August 2016. The boy was riding with his seven-year-old brother when slipped out of the cart halfway through the ride at the SoakZone and Idlewild amusement park. The ride doesn’t have a seat-belt, making it easier for the smaller passengers to accidentally slip out. The boy was flown to the hospital via helicopter and treated for head and chest injuries.
