Boy Killed by Alligator at Disney World Hotel

This story made national news when a two-year-old boy was snatched and killed by an alligator while his family was staying at Disney World Hotel. One summer night in 2016 the Graves family was sitting on a beach at the hotel, watching a movie. The boy wandered over to the water’s edge at the Seven Seas Lagoon, where he was taken by an alligator. Two people reported seeing the alligator before the attack, including a man who saw the alligator from his balcony only an hour earlier. He saw the boy standing in the lagoon and headed to the door to warn the parents, but it was too late — he could hear the mother screaming already.
