In 2015, Alan and Lisa Robertson published a book called A New Season: A Robertson Family Love Story of Brokenness and Redemption. Alan is the oldest brother and a preacher. While it was revealed that Lisa had an affair that lasted over a year there were also many other salacious details. It turns out Alan was quite wild when he was young including drinking and drug use throughout his teen years. His future wife Lisa, was molested by a male relative as a young girl. She ended up having an abortion when she was only seventeen which is a decision she came to regret. This is quite the scandalous revelation, especially for a family hell-bent on sporting their Christian values.
