We live in a hectic and fast-moving world, so a lot of us eat more quickly than we should. Eating fast actually lessens the feeling of satiety, which leads to overindulgence. 3. Avoid eating while watching TV or in front of your computer
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition says that food ads – in particular junk food ads – will increase your appetite, which leads to overeating. Eating in front of a distraction like your TV or laptop will also make you pay less attention to how much you’re eating.
