In 1994, Patrick Swayze danced with his wife for the first time on international telly live at the World Music Awards.
It was one of those memorable moments on TV that went down in the history books as one of the best performances of all time.
Famed for his dancing and his charismatic good looks the dance was a salute to pop music icon, Whitney Houston. The dance was so well executed that it left the audience if not the world, absolutely stunned.
One word, beautiful.
Trust me you don’t want to miss this one.
Patrick and Lisa Nieme danced to the song “All The Man That I Need”.
It happened just a few years after Dirty Dancing was released, and Patrick Swayze was hotter than ever. After making his mark in Hollywood he definitely proved to everyone he wasn’t just a one-hit wonder.
It made many people love ‘Dirty Dancing’ even more as it was clear Patrick had a passion for putting his dancing shoes on.
At the time, this performance made waves in showbiz. But even now 23 years on, and particularly after Patrick sadly passed in 2009 it is quite the trip down memory lane.
Prepare to get goosebumps and maybe even shed a tear as we take you on a trip down memory lane.
Just watching the pair dance, it’s clear that pair had a special connection.
The chemistry is undeniable.
It was no secret how much he loved his wife. Their love never wavered even after 34 years of marriage.
I think that’s just incredible, especially these days.
Long-lasting love seems to be becoming a little bit of a rarity. If you have that someone special I suggest you hold on to them tight.
The talented couple met in 1970 at the mere age of 18 when Lisa was taking dance lessons from Patricks mother.

Did you catch a glimpse of Whitney Houston clapping with much enthusiasm in the background after this performance? Incredible, right? What an amazing moment between such a wonderful couple.
